Baked Honey-Dijon Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.

  4. Brush the glaze generously over the fillets.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork.
