Baked Honey-Dijon Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
Brush the glaze generously over the fillets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork.
