Elk Burger Patties
Ingredients:
1 lb ground elk meat
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Burger buns and toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
Instructions:
Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine ground elk, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Grill patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired doneness.
Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
