Elk Burger Patties

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground elk meat

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Burger buns and toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, combine ground elk, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.

  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.

  4. Grill patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired doneness.

  5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
