Grilled Salmon with Herb Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, dill, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  2. Coat the salmon fillets with the marinade, and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat and brush the grill grates with oil.

  4. Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily and has a nice char.

  5. Serve with a side of roasted veggies or a light salad.
